Nigeria youngster Orji Okwonkwo came off the bench to score for the second game in a row, as Bologna beat visitors Sampdoria 3-0 in a Serie A game on Saturday. Okonkwo sent a right-footed shot into the near post from close range after being set up by Ghanaian midfielder Godfred Donsah. In a post-match interview, he spoke of his delight at scoring in the win, which ensured his side remained seventh on the log. “I’m really happy for the goal, to win today was really important for us and they were three deserved points,” he said.
