Odion Ighalo completes move to Saudi club Al Shabab

Nigerian striker Odion Ighalo has sealed a move to Saudi club Al Shabab.
The former Watford player joins Al Shabab on a two-and-a-half year deal after his loan deal at Manchester United came to an end.

Ighalo spent a year at Old Trafford after signing from Chinese outfit Shanghai Shenhua on deadline day in January last year.
His initial loan deal expired in June last year, but was extended till January.
The Nigerian featured for the Red Devils regularly and impressed during the first six months, but later became surplus to requirement following the return to fitness of Marcus Rashford and the arrival of Edinson Cavani.
Ighalo was reportedly keen on a move to the Major League Soccer, but has now signed for the Riyadh-based club, who look on course to securing their first Saudi Professional League title in nine years.
The 31-year-old had the option to return to Shenhua after his United contract ended, but both player and club decided that it was best for the player to move on.
