Moses Simon joins Nantes on a permanent deal

Ligue 1 club FC Nantes have completed the permanent signing of Nigeria international Moses Simon after an impressive season-long loan.
Moses joined the French club from Spanish side Levante in August 2019 on loan with a purchase option.
And on Monday, Nantes announced they have agreed a four-year deal with the winger, after meeting the player’s release clause.
The deal will keep the 24-year old at the Erdre Banks club until 30 June, 2024.
Simon has been one of the standout performers for the Yellow-and-Greens this season.
In 30 appearances across all competitions, the former Gent man has notched nine goals and eight assists.
Since arriving at the club, Simon — who is comfortable with both feet — has adapted to French football, and has endeared himself to the Nantes faithful.
Quite often used as a left winger, the Super Eagles star was named the club’s player of the season, after taking more than 40 per cent of the vote.
