PSG eyeing move for Leicester’s Wilfred Ndidi

Paris Saint-Germain are considering a transfer swoop for Leicester City midfielder Wilfred Ndidi, according ESPN.
Following impressive performances before the Premier League was suspended due to the coronavirus, Ndidi has attracted interest from many top clubs in Europe.
PSG, in particular, are reportedly keen on signing the Nigerian, who joined the Foxes in 2017 from Genk for a fee of £15m.
Despite having brought in two central defenders — Idrissa Gueye and Leandro Paredes — in recent times for a combined fee of £65m, the Parisiens are in the market for an aggressive central midfielder.
And according to an ESPN report, Ndidi, 23, fits the bill.
The report also claim that PSG, who have identified central defence as a key area for strengthening, could pay as much as £50m to secure the signing of the Nigeria international in the summer.

Interest in the Leicester midfielder is high, albeit the PSG board are also understood to be interested in Atletico Madrid star Thomas Partey and Chelsea flop Tiemoue Bakayoko.
Old Trafford and The Emirates are rumoured to be potential landing spots for Ndidi if a move to Le Parc des Princes falls through.
Reports in England also suggest the two Premier League clubs are interested in Partey, as well.
While Partey could end up in England, Bakayoko — who plays for Monaco on loan from Chelsea — could make his move away from England permanent.
The Frenchman is said to favour a move back to AC Milan over a return to Stamford Bridge if he fails to secure a deal to PSG.
